1. What measures would you take to ensure the confidential character of your group? How would you deal with a member who broke confidentiality?

Examine the American Counseling Association's Code of Ethics. Identify at least three elements of the code that might have particular relevance for group leaders. Discuss the relevance of these elements for group leaders.


6. Write a brief, fictional account of a group session in which you as a group leader are faced with an ethical dilemma. Write some dialogue between you and group members to illustrate your handling of this difficult situation.
